This surgery constantly misses items off of repeat prescriptions.
For over a year the prescription for same item has been sent to wrong location/company. After ringing every month to notify them & being told now sorted, won’t happen again, this month they have sent prescription for 2 items to wrong place.
Despicable service. Had over a year to rectify the problem and now just getting worse.
Complete incompetence!
