The surgery took on the extra work of being a centre for Covid vaccination on top of all their other work and managed 3 days of vaccinating the high risk groups according to government policy.One of the first GP practices to organise and do this. Well done

I rang the surgery at 8 o'clock this morning and opted for there call back service At 8.45 I received a call back which confronted with a musical recording I waited a further 15 minutes to be connected which never happened I redialled the surgery and again opted for a call back reply I waited a further 20 minutes with no success I think this service is not fit for purpose adding more stress to patients waiting for an appointment I cannot express how frustrated I am with this incompetence!!!!!!!!!

This surgery constantly misses items off of repeat prescriptions. For over a year the prescription for same item has been sent to wrong location/company. After ringing every month to notify them & being told now sorted, won’t happen again, this month they have sent prescription for 2 items to wrong place. Despicable service. Had over a year to rectify the problem and now just getting worse. Complete incompetence!

I rarely leave reviews like these and whilst the appointment system leaves something to be desired, the service I received from nurse Alison was fantastic. She provided me with much needed information regarding my problem that I have not been given before, seemed to take a genuine interest in me and ensured I didn't hesitate to return if any problems arose. An absolute attribute to the team. I have had other appointments with the gp's in the surgery and they are lovely too.

The doctors are great BUT. getting an appointment is a nightmare. They tell you to ring from 8am. You do and the line is continually engaged. I never get through on 8am call. I have to drive to the surgery. An appointment when you phone and get through during the day is always for over 3 weeks. You have to plan to get ill in 3 weeks time. The system they have is TOTALLY unworkable. SOOOOOOO FRUSTRATED. THE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.
