Share review of Minster Surgery
I called the surgery to make an appointment for my son. I was held in a queue for 10 mins. When I got through to the receptionist she did not thank me for waiting. They offered one appointment that unfortunately I was not able to take that slot. At no point did she ask how old my son was, why I felt I needed to see a GP. When I asked would I need to call tomorrow to make an appointment (hoping as they only had one slot when I called she might offer to give me one for the following day) she said yes and put the phone down on me. This is disgusting service and as a senior nurse in the NHS I am ashamed at this behaviour. When I finally got an appointment for today we had to wait 40 minutes after our time slot, no one apologised for the delay. This is shocking patient care.
