I called the surgery to make an appointment for my son. I was held in a queue for 10 mins. When I got through to the receptionist she did not thank me for waiting. They offered one appointment that unfortunately I was not able to take that slot. At no point did she ask how old my son was, why I felt I needed to see a GP. When I asked would I need to call tomorrow to make an appointment (hoping as they only had one slot when I called she might offer to give me one for the following day) she said yes and put the phone down on me. This is disgusting service and as a senior nurse in the NHS I am ashamed at this behaviour. When I finally got an appointment for today we had to wait 40 minutes after our time slot, no one apologised for the delay. This is shocking patient care.

Minster surgery and all its staff possibly the best and most helpful group of doctors and nurses by that I have come across I cannot fault them they've been absolutely first-class all the time very efficient very helpful sound too good to be true but it is 11/10 C A Burgess

The staff and GP's at the surgery are a wonderful bunch. I've only been in the locality of the surgery since the spring of 21014, but I've found that the move to this surgery was most satisfactory. The practice nurses are lovely and make you feel at ease, and the reception staff are cheerful and treat you with kindness and courtesy.
