Getting better, but still a little hit and miss on routine appointments.

Everything OK. With this telephone appointment. I believe that face to face appointments are preferable to telephone consultations. On this occasion everything was fine because it was a discussion about a recent blood test. In most cases things like this can be discussed over the phone.

very difficult to get an appointment unless you ring early morning and manage to get through before the time to book an appointment expires. Then you have to convince a receptionist that you are worthy of an appointment, which invariably ends up a a phone consultation. I have memories of visiting Doctors when service was much better.

Since Covid, the practice is run even more efficiently and neither I nor my wife have struggled to book appointments or receive the required treatments. I highly rate the GP surgery.

Some of my prescriptions have been refused recently, even when I informed you that I was recovering from COVID and that I'd used my inhaler more (as per the nurses instructions). My inhaler ran out before a replacement was given.

I was able to get an appointment within 2hrs of ringing. I was not waiting long to be connected.

The time it is taking for my prescription to be sent to the chemist.

No face to face appointment in my case would been a lot better considering what I needed to know not impressed at all
