Once you finally get an appointment the service is excellent. No point in ringing for an appointment I was once on the phone for 40 mins before someone answered and then snapped at me! I always now go in to make my appointments but again that is usually a long drawn out process and I have to explain my full medical condition in the waiting area for all to hear fortunately it’s not been anything embarrassing or that I don’t want anyone else to hear

Suggested improvements
Getting through reception for an appointment is like running the gauntlet! Not good if you’re already feeling ill
