The receptionists are always pleasant and friendly. They can’t do enough for you and try their absolute best to solve any issues a patient has.

Absolutely nothing. The practice is clean, airy and tidy. The staff are a credit to the practice.

Either a call back from a doctor or an appointment ( admittedly a long wait) if it’s not urgent.

Nothing. The staff are excellent. Friendly, helpful, polite. We are very lucky to be part of this practice.

Since I moved to this surgery over a year ago I’ve been very happy with my care and my ability to speak to a healthcare professional when I need to. The care I have received has been very good and I have no issues with any interactions I’ve had with any individual at the surgery. Thank you

I’ve not actually been to the surgery. But I must say the doctor who’s been dealing with me has been absolutely brilliant, really helpful and understanding, I always forget her name sorry
