I have been a patient of this surgery for many many years. The staff are pleasant, helpful and supportive. It is one thing that helps me from my previous roles that of being a regional sales manager and Uk service sales training manager in my previous life. I thank the staff and managers at the site for their hard work.

Improve the listening and call handling skills of one member of your reception team. This lady was too quick to say no and not listen to the reason for my request, nor phone back as promised when pressed and informed about my underlying medical condition.
