This surgery is a joke, it takes easily over 50 phone calls to the surgery before they even answer. 9mce they do the chance of.getting help is low and the chance of having someone be very rude to you is basically just part of the service.
I have no idea who my GP is as they change so often. No one has a clue what is going on and you get a different doctor everytime you go.
Bit is a real mess and I know myself and others have suffered and will continue to suffer because of this surgeries poor practice. If it has not been the cause of someone dying yet then it is just a matter of time. People here are putting off seeing the doctor because they know how much of a pain it is or simply because they cannot get an appointment. We are tired of hearing covid as an excuse for poor medical care. If you want to prioritize a cold over someone in the critical early stages of cancer care then Shame on you

Nothing could have been done worse. It is already rock bottom here
