It is not easy to see/hear your name called when sitting in waiting room.
The whole area for waiting is far too small and claustrophobic.
Results for tests done do seem to take a very long time in coming. Can anything be done about this?

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. The waiting area is far smaller than we would like, and we continue to work on our project to create purpose-built premises for the practice in the future. The patient call screen shows the name of a patient when they are called and changes colour to highlight this, as well as making a noise. If you have any visual or hearing impairments please let the reception team know and we will do our best to help. The return of test results is determined by the laboratory, and the new lab system will hopefully speed this up. Some results can return the same day, whereas others take a minimum of 3-10 days depending on the type of test and whether the lab has to grow a culture to examine.
