The computer screen to register arrival was not working properly causing a queue of patients wanting to speak to the receptionist. There was only one receptionist available. Not happy that having had to touch a screen handled by other sick patients there was no hand sanitiser in the container by reception. It was just gone nine in the morning so it must have been empty some time. Told the receptionist and nothing was done. Someone needs to be assigned the duty of making sure it is not empty. There was another one in the hallway to the consulting rooms but only one person coming in used it as I don't think people were aware it was there. The surgery waiting room was full because nurses and doctors were running late and several people who needed seats were not able to sit down. Struggle to understand why the receptionist has to be making telephone calls to patients whilst people are waiting at reception it would be better at the busiest time of day to have one duty to attend to. This surgery is struggling to cope and having a rating of "good" is not going to help.
