No receptionists on duty at the time I visited, which was no problem for me to use the screen to check in however I had to look around me to see what floor level I should be on.
I had spent ages on the phone to book for a health check and wasn't expecting to get in today, however I got a cancellation.
The nursing assistant was of a calming nature and natural and did what was intended. I wanted to bring up other possible concerns I had with my health but I wasn't invited to do so, which I understand is probably not in the remit of the health check, however I will probably have to book a further appointment with a doctor or nurse, when I have time.
