Since the merger with Rowe avenue its been a total nightmare, unhelpful receptionists and almost an hour on hold to be told no appointments available. My son is severely Autistic and needs to see a doctor urgently, Ive been trying to get through for 2 days, engaged or hold, not acceptable in this day and age.

Suggested improvements
Get more people on reception, train them with manners, get more doctors.
