Almost impossible to get through on the phones
Reception staff will not book appointments
Reception staff unhelpful ( we can't help you book on phone) you can't get through
Took out own stitches following surgery as could not get appointment
Generally very poor service
Suggested improvements
Better phone service
better staff
more staff
be polite
remember we are the patents we pay your wages show us respect
