In this on line age I am finding the on line services offered almost totally inadequate, it is too hit and miss. Twice in the last 3 months I have been unable to reorder a prescription on line, when the feed goes through to vision-on-line i get "This web page not available" On line services are intended to save time and money for both Practice and patients ergo it should be much improved on current status. I have through one of the partners arranged to have the Practice IT person phone me to talk through my problem and that didn't happen either. This is really sad because the Practice is otherwise excellent.
