I am a new patient here. It took me four weeks to get an appt for a new patient review, which at one point I was told was impossible as they weren't doing these anymore, and I could not have another appt either as I had not had a patient review! I've rung for a repeat prescription as the online booking system won't let me have a prescription without a review - even though this took place three weeks ago! They told me to ring the surgery - even as I was on the phone to them. Two more phone calls later no appt so, no prescription for life saving drugs.
Not helpful, not interested, not safe. Avoid.
