Improvement could be that you actually get an appointment when you phone.
Also updates doctors about treatments etc.

Been a patient at this practise since 1976. This is a friendly, professional, caring practice. I cannot fault anything about it. It is getting increasingly difficult to get appts - I suspect this is due to problems and the unniversal NHS.
Problems presented by an increase in population and us getting older.
Keep up the good work.
