I just want to say a big thank you to you all, I made a online request this morning for a face to face appointment. Within an hour of sending the request I was called by a lovely lady offering me an appointment, within an hour, with Dr Evans.

I don't think there was anything that could have been done better, Dr Evans was attentive and listened to what I had to say, prescribed treatment and gave me advice as to what I should do if I got worse.

I think all the staff and GP's at Medwyn are fantastic. If you have an urgent need, a doctor will phone you back and discuss briefly what the problem is and decide what to do. If you want to see a specific GP, you may have to wait a little while for an appointment but if your need is urgent, then you will always be seen by a doctor. The receptionist staff are efficient, caring and friendly. The nurses are excellent. I am so glad I am registered with this practice.

Just the sheer professional staff. They always go the extra mile. A service which would be very difficult to improve.

I have just moved from another surgery and I can't believe the difference. Totally more efficient, friendly and helpful.

Attention and care is excellent on every level. Re no 6. It is easy to get an appointment but the date is further ahead!!
