Dedicated parking for patients/free. Generally high standard of clinical care across all doctors. However one has learnt to avoid certain doctors for certain conditions. If the doctor for says come back for a review in a month one expects to be able to book such an appointment. Not to have to go online - is now the only way to get an appointment although reception do their best first thing if urgent.

Dr Levan really listened to my concerns and was very thorough. He explained everything and arranged next steps. The receptionist was delightful. appointments are easy to get and follow ups easy to arrange.

All staff doctors and receptionists are most helpful, caring and thorough which lowers my anxiety greatly, fantastic practice. The only thing that could be improved is the online system which does crash occasionally. It is difficult to log on if you only have a mobile.

The telephone system doesn't work. Every time I try to get an appointment I have to struggle. I have tried at different times still the same answer "The booking system is not available at this time. ..". On the website it says it is a 24 hrs booking system. .
