The issue is not the surgery itself or the doctor's (who are lovely), it's the receptionist's. I am a cancer patient and I have never been so patronised or so rudely spoken to by someone on behalf of a medical institution as at Medwyn. It isn't just one either, every single time I call which is often for quite serious reasons I am astonished by how unhelpful and rude they all are. This ruins a wonderful practice and I hope phone calls are recorded so someone can go back and listen to the way people are spoken to. It's disgusting!
