It is hard for me to make suggestions for improvements, as I am already very satisfied. I have had an extremely bad cough for many, many years, and due to having been treated as a hypochondriac over this cough by another surgery (NOT Medwyn) several years ago, I never brought it up again but learned to live with it. When seeing nurse Christine (re the VitD trial) I mentioned my cough, and she suggested that I should see nurse Tracey, which I did, and Tracey was brilliant - I have asthma and am now receiving treatment. I hardly cough at all now, which has improved my social life such a lot! - I sleep better as I don't cough at night, I have masses of energy now and I am very happy.
Only small 'complaint' is the difficulty sometimes in getting an appointment. You probably can't do much about that.
