I am very disappointed about the services I receive. I made a complaint about this before and I was assured that corrective measures will be taken. But unfortunately nothing has happened to date. I received two different versions/explanations from the surgery staff and AMCARE staff again. I do not know whom to believe. One thing is very clear i.e. either I was discriminated or treating the patients with don't care attitude.
