I think sometimes the health service doesn't get the recognition that it should and it is a fabulous service, it is just under pressure. I was extremely impressed by the online booking appointment system with the early morning appointments which is invaluable to working people. Today I saw Dr Shirley Tinnion, who spent the time to listen, examine and treat me. She did this with kindness and patience and made a visit to the docs a great experience. Luckily I don't have to attend often and I was really impressed with the service and care that she gave. It's important to remember the great work that our doctors do for us and I for one would like to say thank you. Paula
