It is impossible to get an appointment with a clinician. Have had a number of very bad experiences over the years and the last six months have been the worst. Drs and nurses in hospitals can see patients so why can’t drs and nurses at mayfield. A number of telephone misdiagnosis. It is now time to leave this gp practice Refusal to see and treat a family member with a newborn baby is one step too far Asked for the practice manager to call the family back twice without any contact makes you realise you are not important

Everything could be done better. Putting patients first under the principles of the 6cs would help!
