You can never get through by phone so I booked my appointment online and had to wait a week for an appointment. I turned up for my appointment on time but waited nearly 40 minutes to be seen. I was then told to get some blood tests done and was given the firm by the receptionist. I then had to wait 25 minutes for the blood tests which couldn't be done as neither the doctor or the receptionist mentioned they were fasting tests. All in all 2 hours of my time wasted so very annoyed and unhappy. They need more phone lines and people actually answering the phones and also to inform patients of fasting blood tests and what it means.
