They could improve the practise by having regular doctors instead of trainees who change every few weeks & really don't have a clue how to treat you. Also to change their appointment system. Why is it necessary to have a telephone consultation to diagnose an illness & to see if you need to be seen. Having to wait around for a doctor to call you back does not work for working people who can't take calls in work. What wrong with just ringing up & booking an appointment? I think there's some serious thinking & changed to be made to get this practise the good name it used to have!
