Trying to call the surgery is a nightmare, often takes 20 minutes or more to get through on the phones, that's if you manage to get into the call que, not get an engaged tone, then usually there are no suitable appointments available that day and need to call back the next day or be at the surgery for 8:30 (with a small baby it's almost impossible most days plus then your dragging the baby to the surgery twice!)
