My son had had a temperature of 39 degrees celsius for 2 days. I had followed advice given by III, but was still concerned.
Doctor Dowling gave us amazing care. Not only did she make the patient feel comfortable and spoke to him as well as me, at no point did I feel like I was wasting her time. She was warm, caring and very thorough.
She referred the patient to WCH and completely put my mind at rest I am extremely thankful.

Always had good care very helpful on reception, never had to wait long. Any doctor or nurse seen very pleasant and helpful.
