I have had occasion to use the surgery frequently in the last six months. I have always found the receptionists patient, helpful, friendly and polite. The nurses too are always friendly and professional. I have only once found it hard to get an appointment and I find re-ordering prescriptions online very easy and likewise with the online appointments system. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice which compares favourably with others' experience.
