Surgery and Doctors are good and would recommend however the reception staff leave a lot to be desired. They answer phones ahead of dealing with patients and don't ask them to hold, have not logged my arrival correctly when the MARS system was down and left me waiting for half an hour after my appointment. I have also called to ask if my husband could pick up a prescription on my behalf which was ready and they made him take a seat and wait forgetting about him, 20 minutes later when they were packing up he went backup to them and they finally got the medication for him which was indeed bagged up ready. It's such a shame that these staff let the otherwise excellent surgery down.
