All staff, both medical and non medical, are friendly and caring. It is always possible to discuss situations and treatment in an open and professional manner. As with any busy service it is not always possible to get an appointment exactly when requested, but they try to accommodate requests. I have had, and have, several different medical conditions. The GPs have worked with the hospital services to ensure my needs are addressed. It would be better to have more parking available to patients; the surgery covers a large rural area and public transport to the surgery is often not an option. On a slightly negative point, I feel that the surgery could consider staggering both admin and medical duties over the lunchtime period, to try and remain open throughout the day.
