I've always found most of the staff very helpful. The receptionists are pleasant and most of the GPs are helpful and empathic. The surgery doesn't close at lunchtimes which makes booking appointments, collecting prescriptions, etc, very easy to do. I would recommend this practice and the GPs (in the main).
