Reception staff at Manor Brooke were very unprofessional. Arrived at 8:30 for a 8:30 appointment. Que of four ahead and no receptionist, one was more concerned with stacking the lending books and putting the telly on her favourite channel and the rest were in the back “nattering”. By the time I got to the front 8:41 I was told I was late and that I had to rebook.. absolute joke.
