Great experience all round, I have always been able to get an appointment within 48 hrs or on the day if urgent, receptionists are polite and do their best to help. Doctors and nurses are excellent especially Dr Whittaker, Dr Purwar, Dr Teo and Nurse Ruth. I'm sure all others are just as good but have not had much contact with them. Agree that the waiting room is a little tired but that is not my priority when visiting the doctor, I would rather have the money spent on continuing to receive great care.

I was told that my 10 minutes are up despite me wanting to still raise another what I believe is a serious health concern. Funny enough, there were no patients outside... In addition, when I said that I'd like my ear to be checked out by a specialist (I lost hearing in it), the GP said that if I know what I need I should be in her chair. ??? Unheard of lack of care and diligence.
