I have been a patient at Magnolia House Surgery for over 30 years and for the last 10 years I have needed regular consultations on a number of different problems. I have always found all the doctors, whom I have seen, to be caring and helpful, giving time and information without any obvious rush. I have been referred when this is needed without undue reserve. I appreciate that patients do find the appointment system inconvenient and there is no doubt that there is, often, a wait before ones regular doctor can be seen, but, at the same time, I have on several occasions made an emergency appointment on the day. The Practice Nurses and a phlebotomist will make appointments to take blood, and for other services, which are not always available in other surgeries. Patients at the surgery can book appointments and repeat prescriptions through e-mail and there is a trial on access to patient records in hand, which for me works very well.

Professional helpful and responsive. Good sound advice & long term care focussed. Repeat prescription now operates electronically, going directly to Boots chemist in Ascot High Street, although Boots turnaround always seems to be delayed...?

I cannot speak highly enough about this surgery, always helpful and treatment of patients with dignity and courtesy . Although the surgery building is rather antiquated, the staff and doctors make the most of difficult working conditions there needs to be investment in a new property of amalgamation with a modern practice. we need more and better parking facilities and additional minor surgery and other medical procedures locally.
