I have been with Magnolia House Surgery for over 20years now and all the receptionist, staff and Doctors are always exsteamly helpful and very polite. Can never do enough to help you!! I never want to go to another surgery!

To be honest, I can't think of anything that could improve any of the staff and Doctors at Magnolia House

The surgery is not eager to see patients , and makes it difficult to have an appointment. the place is also in need of refurbishing. The good doctors come and go. Avoid.

Most of the people at the surgery are lovely and caring. Nearly every other GP at this Practice has been caring and lovely. One of the Receptionists has been a bit rude and one of the Doctors we have not had a good experience with. Otherwise I have to say this surgery is a model example of what other surgeries should strive to be like. I wish I could be a patient here (daughter).
