I would like to say a massive thanks to all the reception team who were excellent helping me this week . They were sympathetic and were really helpful. Dr Jones has been excellent and caring too. I have been at this practice for many years and have always received excellent care . Dr Bellamy knows my family well and has alway gone above and beyond and also is amazing at giving injections.! The practice nurses are great especially Dwynwen ( sorry if I have spelt your name wrong ) have been amazing over the years. Thanks you all so much xx

You do your best that is all we can do . There is along wait to get to speak to someone but that is not due to you it is down to the pressure on the service

Friday I had a problem with my daughter's medication and Spoke to one of the receptionist 's (lisa), who went above and beyond as she sorted it for me, thank you so much lisa that was so kind, the staff in this surgery always try to help in whatever comes there way, in what are incredibly hard times. Patients, politeness and respect is what is needed, and it goes along way.

In my case nothing thank you.
