the phone line for appointments have improved greatly.i have rang at various times and answered quickly.i was also able to get one appointment that day albeit a nurse but that was sufficient for what i needed and 2nd one was again for nurse who gave me an advanced appointment.hopefully this will be the same when i need a doctor.
If you work you cannot get to see a Dr as you have to phone on the day for appointment! They will then call back as triage, but i work in customer support so cannot have phone on so would either have to take day off to answer phone, whenever they got around to it as cannot give a time either. I have asked to be seen before half 8 or after 5 or 5.30 any day which cannot be booked at all. I dont know how to get rid of this cough i have had for 6 weeks.
I didn't get of to a good start when joining four yrs ago .but they have made up for it and treating some medical conditions they have excelled. Fantastic team.
I became a Madryn House patient in 2019 and am so pleased I did.
Everyone, from the doctors and nurses to the receptionists , have been kind, curteous, helpful and very professional.
I have always had my appointments, vaccinations and prescriptions on time, even at the height of the epidemic when their workload must have been horrendous.
I cannot praise them too highly.
The surgery has always been good to me.Drs Nurses and reception all very caring.Thank you.
