I am trying to get a follow up about my thyroid problem which hasn’t been resolved. It’s not urgent so didn’t want an on the day appointment also I’m unable to drive so have to rely on public transport or someone to take me.
4 weeks ago I made an appointment for 10th November which the surgery has now cancelled. Unless I phone up for an on the day appointment the next appointment is for 24th November. That’s 7 weeks in total for a follow up appointment!
Suggested improvements
Offer more routine appointments and not just rely on people phoning for and the day appointment. Where can I go to be able to get acceptable routine appointments
