We have been patients at this practice since we moved to the area December 1992. I particularly wanted to say that your receptionist Avril who also manages the prescriptions is a wonderful lady. Our son has Cystic Fibrosis so we have a lot of contact with the surgery but mainly for prescriptions. She is, and has been the most helpful at every moment of contact and I would like therefore to put in writing our appreciation of the approach she has to our needs and to make life for us so much smoother.
