Its taken madeira medical over 4 days to find my prescription and still not found. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful.

We are sorry you had a bad experience with your prescription, although it was found out later to be a pharmist error and not the Practice. Surprised that any of our staff were rude or unhelpful, if you would like to contact me, I will look into your complaint. Janet Lake - Practice Manager
