I have always managed to get an appointment and find the receptionists helpful, professional and caring. I find my experience depends on which Doctor I see. Dr Ede is fantastic and I feel confident in her advice and diagnosis. I wish I could remember some of the other names of those who have been really wonderful. There are 2 at the surgery who I always hope I won’t get as they have given me the wrong diagnosis in the past because they haven’t listened to me properly. Thank you for all you do. I feel very lucky to have such a great service.
