Neither the doctor nor the Practice Nurse introduced themselves to me. The latter did not re-explain the purpose of the consultation and what would happen etc. Both constantly looked at the computer screen when speaking to me .
More eye contact needed too by the receptionists who ignore you when standing at the desk if they are on the phone etc. All they need to do is to look up and , make eye contact to acknowledge that they have seen you and will attend to you asap.
