In my capacity as a Welfare Support Worker for a local charity which provides Sheltered Housing I accompany elderly residents to the surgery on a regular basis. I am extremely impressed with the service provided right through from the reception and dispensary staff to the nurses and doctors.
I have been a patient myself with this surgery for approximately 22 years and I am extremely happy with the service I am provided with personally as well.
My residents are always treated with the utmost respect and always with dignity. The care they receive is outstanding and the staff are all friendly whilst maintaining a professional manner.
I trust the staff 100% with the care of my residents who are always telling me how lucky they are having Loxwood Surgery as their medical practice.
