The doctor started the conversation by asking me why she was calling me when I had been asked to make an appointment. She was pleasant and supportive but had little knowledge of my medical history and was unable to give a definitive answer to what was a difficult question.

The ability to see or speak to the same doctor at each consultation who would come to know my medical history.

I tried to do an e-consult & couldn’t, so I phoned & spoke to receptionist who was very polite. After I explained that I was feeling unwell & needed some advice. Shortly after the call a lady called back asking if I could come into the surgery & see the Dr. Dr examined me & asked me to have blood tests done .

The Surgery rang me this time to make the appointment.Normally if I have to make an appointment I ring early and have been successful in getting one.

I would have liked to have been examined as my stomach has been painful for some time now.
