I have recently registered at this practice and required an appointment for travel vaccinations. The receptionist reassured me that I could be included in my wife and children’s appointment to be vaccinated.
I returned with all requested paperwork the next working day to be informed that the nurse will not see me, but will my family. I was told there were no practice nurse appointments available within the next 5 weeks before I travel, therefor will have to be seen privately to be vaccinated. I asked to speak directly to the nurse regarding this, reception told me that they would return my call and never did.
Very poor service, lack of communication and misinformation given by clearly unqualified staff.
