Whenever I have had a problem my query has been answered swiftly after using the e consult form or speaking with a receptionist.
If necessary, appointments with a clinician have been given promptly and referrals for any further treatment likewise.
The surgery is clean and all members of staff polite and approachable. It is a sad fact today that they have to face anger and disrespect from some of the public who find the common traits of kindness and respect to be lacking from their repertoire.
