All staff always helpful and approachable. In my opinion we have a hardworking multidisciplinary team. They go out of their way to help with any query and always give the best service when dealing with patient care.
They have to work within the usual constraints of budget etc. but not to the detriment of the patients in our village.
Suggested improvements
Booking of appointments sometimes takes several attempts.
I appreciate it is a busy practice. I know the staff are addressing this

Thank you for your feedback. I will share this with the team at Loxwood Medical Practice. If you are able to complete an econsult via the practice website, this is the most efficient system as these are all clinically triaged on the day, wherever possible, and an appropriate appointment or advise given, this allows us to be able to manage demand and capacity. We are aware that not all patients are able to do this and are working or alternative solutions.
