I submitted an e-consult and did not receive a reply at all. My referral from the physio service to Bognor MSK has not been done. Trying to telephone Loxwood surgery to discuss this and ask someone to follow up and I have been cut off twice after waiting 4 minutes while the phone continually rings. Not good enough.

Because this is highly unusual we would greatly appreciate you contacting the surgery with your details so that we can investigate as to what might have gone wrong in this instance. We would also like the opportunity to understand why your referral may not have been sent.
