Appointment system is a choice unless you go to triage at 7:30 you cannot get seen. Never any appointment is unless you can wait 3 weeks. Surgery does not accommodate working people. Not everyone can attend triage one to work/childcare I tried to get blood results and it took at least 30 telephone calls over 3 weeks to get an answer. People need a suitable appointment systems! NB: Nurse! was brilliant.

Its not easy to get appointments although very good at making time to see children.

I was listened to in the majority of cases.

Problem was listened to and delt with. The doctor was really good with my little boy whom the appointment was for, putting him at ease. Also the questions were directed at him and not me. Allowing him to express how he was feeling. However more bookable appointments should be available and not just book on the day.

Ringing for an appointment by telephone needs to be improved. Also the delay in receiving an appointment with a specific doctor. Repeat prescriptions need to be managed better.
